Emergency care

If ever an emergency should happen on a weekend or a week night, don’t worry – we can help. When you receive your braces, the assistant that works with you will give you their business card with their personal email. Simply email them any pictures you have taken and details of your concern and they will reply with guidance on what to do.

If you don’t have their email handy, simply enter your message and attach any photos to our ‘contact us’ form and we will get back to you on the next working day.

You may also call the office and leave a voicemail. On our next working day, we will get back to you.
